Підготовка майбутніх учителів початкових класів до педагогічної взаємодії з батьками учнів

Abstract

У дисертації вперше науково обґрунтовано педагогічні умови підготовки майбутніх учителів початкових класів до педагогічної взаємодії з батьками учнів; розкрито сутність і структуру готовності майбутніх учителів початкових класів до педагогічної взаємодії з батьками учнів; визначено показники та якісні характеристики рівнів, розроблено модель та експериментальну методику підготовки майбутніх учителів початкових класів до педагогічної взаємодії з батьками учнів, що впроваджувалася поетапно. In the dissertation there have been firstly scientifically grounded the pedagogical conditions of training primary school teachers for pedagogical interaction with parents (providing positive motivation of primary school teachers for pedagogical interaction with parents, integration of disciplines in the professional training of future primary school teachers to working with parents, the use of potential pedagogical practice, training and independent work of students in pedagogical interaction with parents), essence and structure (intellectual-cognitive, value-motivational, operational-activity components) of readiness of future primary school teacher to pedagogical interaction with parents; parameters and qualitative characteristics of levels (high, medium, low) have been determined, the model and the experimental methods of preparation of primary school teachers for pedagogical interaction with parents has been developed and introduced step-by-step (cognitive, emotional-motivational practice-activity stages).
