До проблеми готовності майбутнього економіста до запобігання і розв’язання конфліктів у професійній діяльності

Abstract

У статті сформульовано поняття „готовність майбутнього економіста до запобігання і розв’язання конфліктів у професійній діяльності” в межах мультиплікативної компетентності майбутнього економіста; виокремлено її складові, критерії та рівні сформованості; представлено діагностичний комплекс методик щодо виявлення сформованості готовності майбутнього економіста до запобігання і розв’язання конфліктів у професійній діяльності та формули для розрахунку інтегративного коефіцієнта зазначеної готовності; надано кількісну та якісну оцінки рівнів сформованості готовності майбутнього економіста до запобігання і розв’язання конфліктів у професійній діяльності. The article presents the definition of the notion “future economist’s readiness to preventing and solving the conflicts in the professional activity” which is defined within the multiplicative competency of a future economist; the components, criteria and levels of the readiness formation are determined; the diagnostic complex of methods as to the identification of the developed future economist’s readiness to preventing and solving the conflicts in the professional activity and formalae for calculating the integrative index of the readiness under study are presented in the article; the qualitative and quantitative estimation of the levels of the developed future economist’s readiness to preventing and solving the conflicts in the professional activity are suggested.
