Civic education as a resource for the value unity of Ukrainian society

Abstract

In the context of contemporary socio-political challenges, particularly information warfare, political polarization, and increasing social fragmentation, civic education emerges as one of the key resources for shaping and maintaining the value-based unity of Ukrainian society. It not only facilitates the transmission of knowledge about democratic institutions but also cultivates critical thinking, active citizenship, and shared values among citizens, which are fundamental for stable democratic development.
