Abstract

У статті розкрито потенціал використання інформаційно-цифрових технологій у процесі педагогічного супроводу дітей, які зазнали насильства в сім’ї. Окреслено особливості психологічного та емоційного стану таких дітей, визначено основні принципи організації підтримки з використанням сучасних цифрових інструментів. Розглянуто можливості онлайн-платформ, мобільних застосунків, віртуальних середовищ для забезпечення безпечного та ефективного освітнього простору. Зроблено акцент на важливості міждисциплінарної взаємодії педагогів, психологів та соціальних працівників, що підтримується цифровими засобами комунікації. Представлено практичні рекомендації щодо інтеграції цифрових технологій у супровід дітей, які перебувають у кризовій ситуації. The article reveals the potential of using information and digital technologies in the process of pedagogical support of children who have experienced domestic violence. The peculiarities of the psychological and emotional state of such children are outlined, the basic principles of organising support using modern digital tools are defined. The article considers the possibilities of online platforms, mobile applications, and virtual environments to provide a safe and effective educational space. Emphasis is placed on the importance of interdisciplinary interaction between teachers, psychologists and social workers, supported by digital means of communication. Practical recommendations for integrating digital technologies into the support of children in crisis are presented.
