Взаємозв’язок особистісних особливостей та соціально-психологічної адаптації студентів з інвалідністю

Abstract

У роботі розглянуті результати дослідження соціально-психологічної адаптації студентів з інвалідністю. Особистісні ресурси, що безпосередньо впливають на пристосування, обумовлюються важкістю та формою захворювання. Успішність адаптації таких студентів забезпечується позитивним уявленням про власні ресурси та активною формою поведінки. Socio-psychological adaption of students with disabilities to studying in institutions of higher education is a complex and specific process. The specificity of this process is that personal resources which directly affect adaptation are determined by the level and form of the disease. Undoubtedly, the successful adaptation of such students is ensured by a positive perception of their own resources, active position about their own responsibility, endurance, readiness for self-improvement, and the ability to perceive and analyze the situation adequately. The key to the optimal social and psychological adaptation of students with disabilities is a stable emotional state which is achieved due to a positive attitude towards others, orientation to social environment, productive communication, etc. However, the question of the adequacy of the formation of positive ideas about themselves depending on the forms and types of the disease remains open.
