Соціально-філософський аналіз проблеми лідерства в сфері освіти

Abstract

В статті розглядаються проблемі лідерства в сфері освіти в контексті етичної складової та соціальної відповідальності. Автор наголошує, що для менеджменту сфери освіти лідерство є природним і необхідним. В даному матеріалі аналізуються процеси, які є важливими для ефективного лідерства. Розмежовуються поняття керівництва і лідерства, але підкреслюється їх взаємна інтегрованість. Йдеться також про відповідність лідерства трендам суспільства знань. Окремо розглядається взаємозв’язок лідерства і якості освіти, що є достатньо новим підходом. The article deals with the problem of leadership in the field of education in the context of the moral dimension of social responsibility. The author emphasize the fact that for the management (as the administrative board) leadership educationis a natural and necessary at the sametime. The proposed material defines thec oncepts of management and leadership, however, emphasized the irmutual integration. It is also about trends under the leadership of a knowledge society. Separately considered leadership and the quality of education, which is a rather original approach.
