Підготовка вчителів гуманітарних дисциплін у післядипломній освіті до тестового оцінювання навчальних досягнень учнів

Abstract

У дисертаційному дослідженні проаналізовано стан підготовки вчителів гуманітарних дисциплін до тестового оцінювання навчальних досягнень учнів в умовах післядипломної освіти; визначено й теоретично обґрунтовано сутність і структуру феномена «готовність учителів гуманітарних дисциплін до тестового оцінювання навчальних досягнень учнів» як інтегративного утворення, що включає систему мотивів, спеціальних знань з тестології, умінь, навичок і досвіду педагогічного оцінювання, які дозволяють учителю-гуманітарію максимально ефективно здійснювати тестове оцінювання навчальних досягнень учнів загальноосвітніх шкіл. At the dissertation research is analyzed the state of preparation of humanitarian teachers for the test evaluation of students’ academic achievements under the conditions of post graduate education; determined and theoretically proved the main point and the structure of the phenomenon of “humanitarian teachers readiness for the test evaluation of students’ academic achievements” as an integrative formation, including a system of motives, special knowledge of testology, skills and pedagogical experience of evaluation, that allow a humanitarian teacher to perform an evaluation of academic achievements of pupil of the comprehensive school as efficiently as possible; indicated the components of the mentioned-above readiness: motivational, meaningful, processual. Indicated and theoretically proved pedagogical conditions of forming humanitarian teachers readiness for the test evaluation of students’ academic achievements, realized in an experimental method of their preparation, which consists of such stages: pre-course, research and information, projecting, expert-evaluative and reproductive-adaptive.
