Abstract

У статті розглядається модель підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до формування спор- тивних лідерських якостей в учнів основної школи. Визначено положення, що лягли в основу розробки моделі

підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до формування спортивних лідерських якостей в учнів осно- вної школи. Описано компоненти теоретичної та практичної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної куль- тури щодо формування спортивних лідерських якостей в учнів основної школиA model is considered as a scheme, which reflects the main structural components of preparing future Physical Education teachers necessary for forming sport leadership skills in school students. The developed model is based on

the following ideas: the preparation of students for future professional activities should take place during the whole pe- riod of their studying at a higher educational institution in terms of the development of their cognitive activity; the hu- manistic orientation of the process of preparing students for the future work is a necessary condition of their personal

and professional development; the use of developing and problem teaching is considered as one of the most important

conditions of the development of creativity, initiative and independency in students; the acquisition of necessary huma- nitarian and special knowledge. The mastering of innovative methods of studying should be the necessary factors for

adopting them to the modern conditions; combination of theoretical and practical spheres of student’s activity is the prerequisite for their successful professional activities in the future. The discipline ―Theory and methods of teaching sport games‖ is one of the components of professionally oriented pedagogical process and is studied during the first

three years at a university. This subject is preceded by a number of disciplines (such as Introduction to the course, Pe- dagogy), which are aimed at the formation of ideas about purposes and ways of carrying out the pedagogical activity at

a higher educational institution, as well as the subject of psychological cycle. The designed model considers the theoret- ical preparation of students as well as helps to implement the obtained knowledge on practice. It consists of two parts

(components of preparing) – theoretical and practical ones, as well as pedagogical conditions and stages, forms and methods of their implementation.
