Хмарні технології як інструмент цифрової трансформації управління закладом вищої і фахової передвищої освіти

Abstract

Розкрито потенціал хмарних технологій як стратегічного інструменту цифрової трансформації управління закладом вищої та фахової передвищої освіти. Проаналізовано напрями інтеграції хмарних сервісів в адміністративну, освітню та комунікаційну діяльність закладу, зокрема автоматизацію документообігу, управління освітніми програмами, моніторинг якості освіти, організацію дистанційної та змішаної взаємодії. Обґрунтовано, що використання хмарних рішень сприяє підвищенню оперативності управлінських рішень, прозорості внутрішніх процесів, оптимізації ресурсів і формуванню єдиного цифрового освітнього середовища. Акцентовано увагу на питаннях інформаційної безпеки, захисту персональних даних та формування цифрової культури управлінського персоналу. Зроблено висновок, що впровадження хмарних технологій є важливим чинником модернізації системи управління та забезпечення якості освіти в умовах цифрової трансформації. The potential of cloud technologies as a strategic tool for the digital transformation of higher and pre-higher education institutions has been revealed. The directions of integration of cloud services into the administrative, educational, and communication activities of the institution are analyzed, in particular, the automation of document flow, management of educational programs, monitoring of the quality of education, and the organization of remote and blended interaction. It is substantiated that the use of cloud solutions contributes to improving the efficiency of management decisions, the transparency of internal processes, the optimization of resources, and the formation of a unified digital educational environment. Attention is focused on issues of information security, personal data protection, and the formation of a digital culture among management personnel. It is concluded that the introduction of cloud technologies is an important factor in modernizing the management system and ensuring the quality of education in the context of digital transformation.
