| Abstract: | The demand for reading books in Ukrainian translation is growing noticeably, so this article shows which translation transformations were involved while translating the book “Hunger Games” by Suzanne Collins from English to Ukrainian. Readers can get a clear idea why adequate translation is an important component of text processing. |
