Abstract: In this chapter, the authors describe the examination results of the appraised quality of the training aimed at potential higher education applicants within the realm of speciality 015 “Vocational Education (Design)”. The authors propose some ways to improve training methodologies based on partnership between educational establishments, various stakeholders, and partnership governance of vocational education teachers through the Erasmus+ project PAGOSTE. The proposal entails using the Resource Centre of Vocational Education as an educational and production platform within the study programme “Vocational Education (Design)”. This platform is targeted to implement management mechanisms which could enable the modernization of vocational and technical education teacher training. This shall encompass the use of specialized equipment and the refinement of educational and vocational programme content, alongside the establishment of an all-encompassing framework for educational and methodological support. The presented framework for vocational teacher training functions as a model for interaction with stakeholders and comprises both educational and professional components manifested through contemporary profession-oriented disciplines, work-placed practice within production environments, and subsequent postgraduate education through advanced training initiatives (internships). Such a comprehensive approach substantially contributes to the improvement of the quality of vocational teacher training, to increased attractiveness of the industrial sphere, and, in the long run, to reinforcement of competitiveness within the labour market.
