Abstract

Nowadays, successful academic cooperation requires both constructive managerial mechanisms and corresponding competences taking into account modern conditions. Particular attention should be paid to the skills and abilities of conflict-free interrelations with the staff from European and Oriental partner universities within the education system. Experience in education management and analysis of normative education-related documents alongside standards enable us to state that to improve academic outcomes it is prudent to get familiarized with new methods in the field of management of educational units and educational institutions, in particular. Among positive aspects that can contribute to the effective planning of the administrative activities of the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Ushynsky University (Odesa, Ukraine) there have been identified and implemented the ones as follows. У наш час успішна академічна співпраця потребує як конструктивних управлінських механізмів, так і відповідних компетенцій з урахуванням сучасних умов. Особливу увагу слід звернути на вміння та навички безконфліктного спілкування з персоналом європейських та східних університетів-партнерів у системі освіти. Досвід управління освітою та аналіз нормативних освітніх документів поряд зі стандартами дає змогу стверджувати, що для покращення результатів навчання доцільно ознайомитися з новими методами у сфері управління навчальними підрозділами та навчальними закладами, зокрема.
