| Abstract: | Дисертація присвячена теоретико-методологічному обґрунтуванню й практичній розробці системи способів і прийомів психологічного супроводу процесу соціальної адаптації китайських студентів. Запропонована система способів і прийомів психологічного супроводу базується на умовах системності й цілеспрямованості, полісуб'єктності і особистісної орієнтованості, спрямованості на формування ситуації розвитку особистості і тих її параметрів, які є значущими в адаптаційний період. Для вивчення властивостей особистості, які виступають внутрішніми чинниками процесу соціальної адаптації, здійснено підбір психодіагностичного інструментарію за такими критеріями: а) адекватності меті дослідження; б) спрямованості на діагностику властивостей особистості, істотних для соціалізації; в) адаптованості до китайської вибірки. The thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodological study and practical development of methods and techniques of psychological support the process of social adaptation of Chinese students. The proposed system of methods and techniques of psychological support is based on a systematic and purposeful, polisubjectivity and personal orientation, focus on the formation of situation of development of personality and of those parameters that are important in the adaptation period. To study the properties of the individual, which are the internal factors of the process of social adaptation, selection psyhodiagnostic instruments made by the following criteria: a) the adequacy of the intended research, b) focus on the diagnosis of personality characteristics, essential for socialization;c) adaptivity of the Chinese sample. |
