Психологічні засади формування у студентів здатності до самоствердження

Abstract

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене вивченню психологічних засад формування у студентів здатності до самоствердження. У дисертації здійснено спробу систематизації на теоретичному та емпіричному рівнях даних щодо сутності самоствердження, його загальних характеристик та вікових особливостей. Проведено науково-категоріальний аналіз понять, які є спорідненими за своїм значенням до поняття самоствердження. Уточнено зміст поняття «здатність до самоствердження». В ході емпіричного дослідження з’ясовані психологічні особливості студентів з різними стратегіями самоствердження, що дозволило визначити спектр властивостей особистості, що є психологічним базисом формування конструктивних та неконструктивних стратегій самоствердження. The dissertation is devoted to the study of psychological principles of forming students' capacity for self-affirmation. The dissertation is an attempt to systematize the data concerning the sense of self-affirmation phenomenon, its general characteristics and age peculiarities on the theoretical and empirical levels. A scientific analysis of categorical notions related in meaning to the concept of self-affirmation is made. The content of the “capacity for self-affirmation” notion is specified. During the empirical research the psychological characteristics of students with different strategies for self-affirmation were elucidated. That enabled us to define a range of personality traits which is the psychological basis of constructive and non-constructive strategies of self-affirmation development. A program to form students' capacity for a constructive self-affirmation strategy is developed and tested.
