Формування педагогічної самоефективності майбутніх учителів музики

Abstract

У дисертації вперше досліджено проблему формування педагогічної самоефективності майбутніх учителів музики; науково обґрунтовано сутність і структуру педагогічної самоефективності; визначено критерії: мотиваційно-оцінний; когнітивно-операційний; емоційно-регулятивний та рівні сформованості педагогічної самоефективності майбутніх учителів музики; розроблено й експериментально апробовано модель організації та методичне забезпечення педагогічних умов формування професійної самоефективності майбутніх учителів музики, методику діагностики ефективності означеного процесу. In this dissertation firstly investigated the problem of forming the pedagogical self-efficacy of the future teachers of music; scientifically grounded the essence and structure of the pedagogical self-efficacy; the criteria are defined (1) motivationally-valuable;(2) cognitively-operational; (3) emotionally-regulated and the levels of the completion the pedagogical self-efficacy of the future teachers of music; the model of the organization and methodical provide with pedagogical conditions (actualization of the valuable treatment of the future teachers of music for seizing the pedagogical self-efficacy; creating the reflectively-valuable conditions during the process of teaching in the pedagogical college; organization of the self-completion of the future teachers of music in context of forming the professional self-efficacy) forming the professional self-efficacy of the future teachers of music, methodic of diagnostic the effectiveness of this process are developed and experimentally tested.
