Теоретико-методичні засади формування професійно-творчого потенціалу майбутніх вихователів дошкільних навчальних закладів

Abstract

У дисертації розроблено і науково обґрунтовано концепцію формування професійно-творчого потенціалу майбутніх вихователів дошкільних навчальних закладів, що включає методологічний, теоретичний та методичний концепти. Розкрито сутність і структуру поняття «професійно-творчий потенціал майбутніх вихователів дошкільних навчальних закладів». The conception of formation of professional and creative potential of future educators of preschool educational institutions, including methodological, theoretical and methodical concepts has been developed and scientifically substantiated. The essence and structure of the concept “professional and creative potential of future educators of preschool educational institutions” have been determined. Pedagogical conditions of formation of professional and creative potential of future educators of preschool educational institutions have been identified and proved (reflection of essence and value of pedagogical creativity in the content of training of future educators of preschool educational institutions; emotional support and stimulation of students to creative manifestations in educational activity, providing an individual trajectory of mastering the ways of creative manifestations by students in their future professional activity).
