Abstract

Дисертація присвячена філософському вивченню соціальних систем, у межах якого розроблено концепцію внутрікурикулярного синтезу інститутів освіти і права як основної умови, що визначає ефективну організацію соціально-освітніх відносин, здійснювану через курикулярне розв’язання соціально-освітньої проблематики. The thesis is dedicated to philosophical study of social systems, which served the framework for the concept development of intracurricular synthesis of education and law institutes as a principal condition, which determines effective organization of socio-educational relations that is implemented by curricular solution of socio-educational range of problems.
