Соціально-філософська сутність категорії "громадянська культура"

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано соціально-філософську сутність та зміст категорії «громадянська культура» в сучасному науковому пізнанні. Наведено приклади багатогранності цього терміна та відповідного йому соціокультурного феномена, осмислення громадянської культури як основи громадянського суспільства, яка є загальноцивілізаційним феноменом та характерна для сучасного етапу історичного розвитку суспільних і соціальних відносин у суспільствах. Представлено загальне філософське розуміння того, що собою являє «культура взагалі», обґрунтована втрата терміном первісного змісту, який став позначати різні сторони людської діяльності. У статті наведені напрями розвитку філософського розуміння культури в науковому дискурсі: діяльнісний підхід, гуманістично-смисловий підхід, аксіологічний підхід. Зроблена спроба ширше визначити соціально-філософську сутність та зміст категорії «громадянська культура», сутнісних характеристик громадянської культури як фактору соціального буття. Громадянську культуру визначено як різновид культури, який містить сукупність громадянських цінностей, норм, цінностей, які проявляються в активній/пасивній взаємодії із суб’єктами і соціальними інститутами з приводу реалізації прав, свобод та інтересів вільного громадянина. Обґрунтовано відмінність категорій «політична культура» і «громадянська культура», які в сучасній літературі вживаються як тотожні. Зазначено, що базовими компонентами громадянської культури виступають моральні цінності, які утворюють своєрідний ціннісний архетип менталітету суспільства, самоідентифікацію індивідів. Наголошено на необхідності подальшого глибокого філософського осмислення розвитку громадянської культури як соціокультурної детермінанти розвитку громадянського суспільства, її впливу на суспільні перетворення. The article analyzes the social and philosophical nature and content of the category “civic culture” in modern scientific knowledge. Examples of the versatility of this term and its corresponding sociocultural phenomenon, the understanding of civil culture as the basis of civil society, which is a universal civilization phenomenon and characteristic of the modern stage of historical development of social and social relations in modern societies, are given. The general philosophical understanding of what constitutes a “culture in general” is presented, a justified loss of the term of its original meaning, which began to denote the most different aspects of human activity. The article describes the directions of development of philosophical understanding of culture in scientific discourse such as activity approach, humanistic-semantic approach, axiological approach. An attempt has been made to broaden the definition of the socio-philosophical essence and content of the category “civic culture”, the essential characteristics of civic culture as a factor of social being. Civic culture is defined as a type of culture that contains a set of civic values, norms, values that are manifested in active/passive interaction with the subjects and with social institutions regarding the exercise of the rights, freedoms and interests of the free citizen. The differences between the categories “political culture” and “civic culture” which are used in the contemporary literature, are substantiated. It is noted that the basic components of civic culture are moral values, which form a peculiar value archetype of the mentality of society, the self-identification of individuals. The necessity of further deep philosophical understanding of the development of civil culture as a sociocultural determinant of the development of civil society, its influence on social transformations is emphasized.
