Соціально-політичні складові електронної демократії інформаційної доби

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню соціально-політичних складових електронної демократії інформаційної доби. Е-демократію визначено як форму демократичного правління інформаційної доби. Відзначено, що соціально-політичними складовими е-демократії виступають плюралізм груп та спільнот, ідеологічні цінності лібералізму та принципи політичного плюралізму, яким в інформаційному суспільстві організаційно відповідає модель мережевої організації. Управління політичними мережами передбачає рівність доступу громадян до інформації, пряме представництво інтересів та діалог між владою та суспільством. Відзначено, що е-демократія створює умови для раціонального політичного вибору та управління в умовах інформаційного суспільства. Managing political networks provides equal access to information, direct representation of interests and dialogue between government and society. It is noted that e-democracy creates the conditions for a rational political choice and control in the information society.
