Фактор торгово-экономического партнерства во внешнеполитической стабильности двухсторонних отношений Азербайджана и России

Abstract

Establishing partnership relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation, which acts simultaneously as a regional “center of power” and an actor that sets the tone in the global space, is an urgent and priority task for Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan was always of interest to Russia, first, as an important geostrategic point, and secondly, as a rich hydrocarbon resource with a capacious, solvent market. In the modern period, we view the importance of bilateral relations as a guarantor of the safe development of national economies, which further enhances the role of partnership and cooperation in all areas, and primarily trade and economic as a political constant.
