Психологічні особливості комунікативних якостей майбутніх психологів

Abstract

The article presents the results of a review of scientific studies on the traits of individual, affiliative tendencies, communication and interaction in society. The empirical study gave an opportunity to draw some conclusions about the relationship between affiliative tendencies and communicative traits of future psychologists. According to the results of quantitative analysis four groups of investigated people that are differentiated in specifics of demonstrating such traits as tolerance and sociability in relation to motivation to affiliation are allocated. Thus, the first group is characterized by high levels of striving for acceptance, but has great difficulties in communication. It is also characterized by emotional incontinence, coolness, aggression, irritability. The next group has high requirements in communication, tolerance, as a rule they don’t have difficulties in understanding, acceptance of another person, as well as demonstrating frustration, edginess, hostility and violence towards others. The subjects of the third group are characterized by a strong desire to adopt, but such people have difficulties in communicating, they do not understand or accept the other person. Representatives of this group are prone to emotional incontinence, intolerance. The last selected group has a high need for communication, is characterized by a high level of tolerance, positive attitude towards others, complete acceptance of others. У статті викладені результати теоретико-емпіричного дослідження комунікативних якостей майбутніх психологів, які виявляють різні типи мотивації до афіліації. Проведене дослідження надало можливості зробити певні висновки про співвідношення афілятивних тенденцій і комунікативних якостей (товариськість та толерантність) майбутніх психологів. У результаті виявлені чотири групи досліджуваних, що розрізняються за специфікою проявів таких комунікативних якостей, як товариськість та толерантність у співвідношенні з мотивацією до афіліації.
