Технологічні підходи в системі післядипломної освіти

Abstract

The article deals with the concept of "technology" and technological approaches for post-graduate education in postgraduate course in Ukraine and abroad. The role of interactive technologies in professional development of specialists and teachers in the field of primary education, who undergo retraining course, is revealed. Taking into account that the term of training course is limited and the amount of information is huge, it is advisable to give preference to interactive learning. Didactic principles, on the basis of which the training course teachers is carried out, some rules, conditions and procedures for performing interactive lessons are determined. In the process of interactive lessons the author prefers to conduct training, which contributes to efficient formation of communicative abilities of primary school teachers, both at theoretical and practical levels. Interactive technologies are not simple enough to reproduce, that is why classes with students on the introduction of interactive technologies with primary school children demand careful preparing by a teacher. A teacher must remember that everything that is offered by train- ing participants should be accepted and discussed with the help of open-ended questions that begin with the words "how", "why", "what". У статті розкрито поняття «технологія» та технологічні підходи в системі післядипломної освіти та післядипломної курсової підготовки в Україні та за кордоном. Розкрито роль інтерактивних технологій у професійному становленні фахівців, учителів у галузі початкової освіти, які проходять курсову перепідготовку. Враховуючи те, що термін перебування на курсах перепідготовки слухачів обмежений, а обсяг інформації великий, то доцільно надати превагу саме інтерактивним формам навчання. Обґрунтовано дидактичні принципи, за якими здійснюється курсова підготовка вчителів, визначено правила, умови та процедура проведення інтерактивного заняття. У процесі проведення інтерактивного заняття автор надає перевагу проведенню тренінгу, який сприяє ефективному формуванню комунікативних здатностей учителя початкових класів.
