Емпіричне дослідження процесу особистісного становлення майбутнього практичного психолога засобами гештальт-терапії

Abstract

In the field of practical psychologists’ psychological education there is a continuous search and testing of various new approaches, models and concepts of work with students aimed at their personal growth, forming the skills of effective realization of personal potential and saving psychological well-being. At higher educational institutions the bases of personally and professionally significant traits of a specialist are formed, which will provide personality’s professional becoming in the process of psychological and pedagogical activity. The research proves that the central branch of the system of practical psychologists’ training is personality training, which integrates all other elements of the development system. It is the orientation at students’ personal development, forming their professional culture and identification that form the basis of contemporary approach to the problem of a practical psychologist’s personality training. As a result of the analysis of the main components of a future psychologist’s personality, we have come to a conclusion that the mean values of all the parameters are connected to chronological peculiarities of individual’s perception of life events, that is, students live for a moment, that is why self-realization and recruitment problems are not urgent for a today’s student. Most students do not possess the skills of self-development and self-realization and have low self- esteem, which is the reason for uncertainty, lack of inner personally significant sense in choosing future profession. Future specialists are mostly oriented at obtaining a diploma with superficial acquisition of knowledge, which is directly connected to the social and economic state of all Ukrainian society and severe problems of finding job in one’s specialty. All these factors make the process of a future psychologist’s professionalization difficult, which cuts down the opportunities of their effective professional self-realization and self-actualization in future practice. У галузі психологічної освіти практичних психологів постійно йде пошук і апробування різноманітних підходів, моделей, концепцій роботи зі студентами, спрямованими на їх особистісне зростання, формування навичок ефективної реалізації особистісного потенціалу і збереження психологічного благополуччя. У вузі закладаються основи особистісних і професійно значущих якостей фахівця, які в подальшому забезпечують професійне становлення особистості в процесі психолого-педагогічної діяльності. Крім того, важливою передумовою ефективної професійної діяльності практичного психолога виступає процес особистісного становлення. Одним із провідних методів формування гармонійної особистості фахівця-психолога виступає принцип особистісного підходу, який забезпечують гештальт-технології.
