Теоретичні засади формування пріоритетних педагогічних цінностей у процесі професійно-педагогічної підготовки вихователя дошкільного навчального закладу

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти, висвітлено особливості формування пріоритетних педагогічних цінностей у процесі професійно-педагогічної підготовки майбутнього вихователя, виокремлено та описано пріоритетні педагогічні цінності вихователів. The article presents the scientific review and theoretical justification of methodological, psychological and pedagogi-cal principles of forming top-priority pedagogical values of future preschool teachers. The issue of pedagogical axiology and training future preschool teachers is considered, the peculiarities of forming top-priority pedagogical values of future preschool teachers are disclosed, preschool teachers’ top-priority pedagogical values (a child, knowledge, sociability, hu-manity, creativity, self-development) are described. The above mentioned issue is becoming more and more relevant due to adoption of the revised version of Basic component of Ukrainian preschool education. Most researchers consider the problem of personality’s axiological sphere as indissolubly relating to the principles of the development of the national system of education and teaching. Modern researches prove that educational process at the university is oriented at stu-dents’ intelligence development, deepening their theoretical knowledge and personality sphere development. Value orien-tations become the basis for intelligence, professional direction during the whole life, determine professional activity and personal behaviour; values form the basis for conscious human life. Pedagogical values are represented as the system of educational means, social norms, pedagogical tools which contribute to educational values transfer to every future teacher. Forming top-priority pedagogical values of future preschool teachers is a complicated dynamic process. The stages of pe-dagogical values formation are represented (the stage of diagnosing the levels of pedagogical values maturity, the stage of pedagogical values acquisition, the stage of pedagogical values designing).
