Abstract

У статті розглянуто та досліджено основні компоненти професійної стійкості в контексті розвитку

професіоналізму майбутнього практичного психолога. Основним інструментом впливу психолога, крім засвоє- них знань та вмінь, виступає його особистість. У рамках теоретико-методологічного аналізу проблеми про- фесійної стійкості психолога виявлено такі основні компоненти: когнітивний, мотиваційний, поведінковий,

емоційно-вольовий. В емпіричному блоці дослідження виявлено домінуючі життєві цінності майбутніх прак- тичних психологів, структуру мотивації та рівень розвитку прагнення до досягнення успіху у майбутній діяль- ності, компоненти спрямованості особистості та рівень розвитку компонентів життєстійкості як стриж- невого елементу професійної стійкостіа.The article deals with the main components of professional stability in the context of the professional development of a future psychologist. The main tool of psychologist’s influence, besides his/her obtained knowledge and skills, is his/her personality. The theoretical and methodological review of the problem of psychologist’s professional stability helped to reveal the following main components: cognitive, motivational, behavioural, emotional and volitional. The empirical research was

aimed at studying future practical psychologists’ dominant life values, the structure of motivation and the level of the devel- opment of the desire to achieve success in their future work, the components of individual orientation and the level of the de- velopment of survival index components as the basic element of professional stability. The future practical psychologists’

dominant aspects of professionalism are the process of implementing the sense of autonomy and independence, affection and

love, communication and goodwill. However, students pay inadequate attention to the development of such important profes- sional skills, as humanism, wealth and culture of speech, empathy, the desire for self-education and self-regulation of their

behaviour, ability to conduct an internal dialogue, the need to serve people and set interpersonal contacts. The study has also

found that the dominant motives of future psychologists are the following: the motivation to achieve success and certain re- sults, which speaks for the fact that the majority of future specialists are focused on achieving success, which is manifested in

the final product of their activity. Besides, the motive of taking an initiative and personal expectations are very important for the surveyed, so there is a tendency to activity and belief in their own forces, but at the same time motives of self-regulation,

self-mobilization, self-assessment are not mature, which complicates the process of self-development in the way of profes- sional stability. As a result of the ascertaining experiment the low level of survival index maturity has been revealed. It is con- sidered as a measure of individual’s ability to hold stressful situations, maintain the internal balance without reducing the suc- cessfulness and productivity of work. The notion of professional stability is associated with the stability of a worker concern- ing his/her activity, which is based on preserving specialist’s skills and interest in the job for a long time. The results of the

carried out research speak for the need to develop and test a complex of methods and technologies aimed at future practical psychologists’ professional stability formation under the modern conditions of reforming cultural and educational space.
