| Abstract: | У статті уточнено сутність понять "менеджер освіти", "професійна підготовка менеджерів освіти", проаналізовано специфіку підготовки менеджерів освіти в сучасних умовах, розкрито зміст та особливості програми підготовки зі спеціальності "Управління навчальним закладом" та обгрунтовано шляхи її удосконаленння. The article clarifies the essence of the concepts of "education manager", "professional training of education managers", analyzes the specifics of training education managers in modern conditions, revealed the content and features of the training program in the specialty "Management of the educational institution" and justified ways to improve it. |
