Інноваційні погляди В. Сухомлинського у контексті нової української школи

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано теоретичні узагальнення В.Сухомлинського, які розглядаються як принципи гуманістичного, особистісно зорієнтованого, інноваційного підходів організації освітнього процесу в Новій українській школі; виділено умови формування цілісної особистості молодшого школяра та конкретизовано компоненти творчої діяльності вчителя; уточнено сутність ключових понять: технологія, інноваційна технологія, інноваційна діяльність; запропоновано загальну схему завдань технології та методики організації освітнього процесу на ідеях гуманізму В. Сухомлинського. The author analyses theoretical generalizations of V. Sukhomlynskyi which are considered as principles of a humanistic, person-oriented, innovative approach to the organization of educational process at the New Ukrainian school; the conditions for the formation of the integral personality of the junior schoolchildren and specific components of the teacher’s creative activity are specified; the essence of key concepts is clarified: technology,innovative technology, innovative activity. The general scheme of tasks of technology and methods aimed at the organization of the educational process based on V. Sukhomlynskyi’s ideas of humanism is proposed.
