Інформаційна політика україни в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів

Abstract

Досліджується формування інформаційної політики у відповідності з інформаційною політикою ЄС, яке є актуальною проблемою для України у її прагненні до суверенності, рівноправного входження у міжнародний інформаційний простір і забезпечення економічної та політичної стабільності держави. Висвітлені сучасний стан і тенденції інформаційної політики ЄС, визначено вплив євроінтеграційних чинників на світову, регіональну і національну політики та на процес формування інституційної бази інформаційної політики України. Запропонована в авторському варіанті модель побудови державної інформаційної політики України – системи заходів, що дозволяють оптимізувати державну інформаційну політику до стандартів ЄС. This dissertation focuses on the study of the formation of information policy of Ukraine in accordance with the key principles of the EU information policy, which is one of the urgent tasks for Ukraine in its striving for sovereignty, equal entry into the international information space, and ensuring economic and political stability of the state. The research highlights the current state and trends of EU information policy, the influence of European integration factors on the global, regional and national policy, as well as on the development of the institutional framework of the information policy in Ukraine. The author’s version of the model for development of government information policy in Ukraine has been designed as a system of stages and relevant measures to optimize the state information policy to the EU standards.
