Концепція успішності учнів та педагогів школи

Abstract

У статті розглянуто успішність учня, як об’єктивний показник високих результатів пізнавальної діяльності, позитивна оцінка вчителя, а також позитивна самооцінка й самовідчуття самої дитини. Схарактеризовано концепцію успішності учнів та педа– гогів школи, визначено критерії успішності учнів (педагогічні і психологічні) і критерії успішності вчителів (педагогічні, психологічні й професійно–особистісні). The article analyzes some issues on elaborating the concept of successfulness of school students and teachers; determines some criteria of successfulness. It also reveals the purpose and objectives of «The school of developing a creative personality», i.e., to create favorable conditions for creative self–improvement of students; to develop skills of practical and creative application of acquired knowledge; to ensure harmonious development, a high level of education and culture of a genuinely moral, spiritually rich, physically developed, capable of self–education and self– realization creative citizen of Ukraine. One of key terms of realizing the assigned school tasks is development and implementation of the concept of pupils’ and teachers’ successfulness.
