Transborder cooperation as an instrument of ukraine’s european integration: the institutional and communicative dimension

Abstract

Therefore, cross-border cooperation is a key practical instrument of Ukraine’s European integration. It combines institutional and communicative dimensions, ensuring gradual integration into the European administrative and economic space. Empirical cases (Poland, Slovakia, Romania) demonstrate that the regional level has become a critically important platform for implementing the European integration course under wartime conditions. Отже, транскордонне співробітництво є ключовим практичним інструментом європейської інтеграції України. Воно поєднує інституційний та комунікативний виміри, забезпечуючи поступову інтеграцію в європейський адміністративний та економічний простір. Емпіричні випадки (Польща, Словаччина, Румунія) демонструють, що регіональний рівень став критично важливою платформою для реалізації курсу європейської інтеграції в умовах воєнного часу.
