Особливості освітнього процесу в закладах вищої медичної освіти України

Abstract

Сучасна система охорони здоров’я України функціонує в умовах складних викликів, спричинених одночасним впливом реформ у галузі, широкомасштабною збройною агресією, наслідками світової пандемії COVID-19, а також необхідністю інтеграції у європейський освітній, науковий і медичний простір. Мета та завдання дослідження – проаналізувати й визначити основні проблеми, що стримують ефективну трансформацію медичної освіти та системи охорони здоров’я України в умовах війни. Основою методології дослідження є системний підхід, який дає можливість розглядати організацію освітнього процесу як цілісну, взаємопов’язану структуру. Для досягнення поставлених цілей застосовано такі наукові методи: огляд і критичний аналіз праць вітчизняних і зарубіжних дослідників, порівняльний аналіз результатів дослідження, абстрактно-логічний метод для теоретичного узагальнення отриманих результатів і формулювання висновків, а також синтез практичних матеріалів для моделювання освітнього процесу в умовах воєнного стану. The modern healthcare system of Ukraine operates in conditions of complex challenges caused by the simultaneous impact of reforms in the industry, large-scale armed aggression, the consequences of the global COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the need for integration into the European educational, scientific and medical space. The purpose and objectives of the study are to analyze and identify the main problems that hinder the effective transformation of medical education and the healthcare system of Ukraine in wartime. The basis of the research methodology is a systemic approach, which allows us to consider the organization of the educational process as a holistic, interconnected structure. To achieve the set goals, the following scientific methods were used: review and critical analysis of the works of domestic and foreign researchers, comparative analysis of research results, abstract-logical method for theoretical generalization of the obtained results and formulation of conclusions, as well as synthesis of practical materials for modeling the educational process in martial law.
