Мультимодальність у процесі навчання студентів магістратури наукової комунікації англійською мовою

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження пов’язана з реконструкцією вищої освіти, де традиційні методи навчання іноземних мов поступаються місцем новітнім методам та сучасним підходам, одним з яких є мультимодальний підхід, що забезпечує ефективну трансформацію навчання, адаптуючи процес формування іншомовних комунікативних умінь до сучасних умов наукового суспільства. Метою дослідження є теоретичне обґрунтування й визначення практичних шляхів навчання студентів магістратури наукової комунікації англійською мовою на основі мультимодального підходу. Для досягнення цієї мети використано методи: аналіз науково-дослідної літератури за темою дослідження, аналіз нормативних документів, моделювання алгоритму дій щодо навчання студентів магістратури навчання наукової комунікації англійською мовою на основі мультимодального підходу. У статті проаналізовано наявні визначення поняття «мультимодальність» і «мультимодальний підхід». Визначено особливості використання мультимодального підходу до навчання наукової комунікації англійською мовою. The relevance of the study is associated with the reconstruction of higher education, where traditional methods of teaching foreign languages give way to new methods and modern approaches, one of which is a multimodal approach. It ensures effective transformation of learning, adapting the process of forming foreign language communicative skills to the modern conditions of the scientific society. The aim of the study is to substantiate theoretically and to determine practically the ways of teaching scientific communication in English to master's students. This teaching process is based on a multimodal approach. To achieve this aim, the following methods were used: analysis of scientific literature on the topic under study, analysis of regulatory documents, modeling the algorithm of actions for teaching scientific communication in English to master's students taking into account a multimodal approach. The article analyzes the existing definitions of the following concepts “multimodality” and “multimodal approach”. The features of using a multimodal approach to teaching scientific communication in English are determined.
