Аналіз змісту ціннісних орієнтацій сучасних лідерів в Україні

Abstract

У статті розглянуто деякі аспекти змісту та специфіки ціннісних орієнтацій сучасних лідерів в Україні. Встановлено, що ціннісні орієнтації є духовно-культурними орієнтирами, стандартами, опорами духовності, які зумовлюють виразний стиль у поведінці, а також вибір життєвих стратегій. Визначено, що постійною площиною існування як суспільства загалом, так і кожної окремої людини є саме зміст цінностей. З’ясовано, що переміни, які відбуваються нині у суспільстві, напряму відображуються на сприйнятті людиною особистості лідера, його особистісних рис, переконань, інтересів. Метою статті є з’ясування змісту та специфіки напрямів ціннісних орієнтацій сучасних лідерів в Україні. The article examines some aspects of the content and specificity of value orientations of modern leaders in Ukraine. It is established that value orientations are spiritual and cultural landmarks, standards, pillars of spirituality that determine an expressive style of behavior, as well as the choice of life strategies. It is determined that the constant plane of existence of both society as a whole and each individual person is precisely the content of values. It is found that the changes taking place in society today are directly reflected in the person’s perception of the leader’s personality, his personal traits, beliefs, and interests. The purpose of the article is to clarify the content and specifics of the directions of value orientations of modern leaders in Ukraine.
