Зовнішня політика Індії в контексті російсько-української війни

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей зовнішньої політики Індії в умовах трансформації системи міжнародних відносин після початку російсько-української війни. Для досягнення цієї мети визначено засади і принципи, якими керується Індія у формуванні своєї зовнішньої політики; проаналізовано чинники, що впливають на її зовнішньополітичну позицію щодо російсько-української війни; оцінено ефективність сучасної зовнішньої політики Індії та її вплив на статус цієї держави на міжнародній арені. Встановлено, що Індія дотримується політики нейтралітету й балансування між різними сторонами протистояння, прагнучи захищати передусім власні національні інтереси і посилювати свою роль у міжнародній політиці. Досліджено ключові чинники, що визначають позицію Індії: геополітичні (суперництво з Китаєм і Пакистаном, роль у Південній Азії), історичні (політика неприєднання, дружба з СРСР), економічні (вигода від торгівлі з Росією, економічні зв’язки зі США та ЄС), військово-технічні (імпорт озброєнь) та ідеологічні (орієнтація на багатополярність та мирне вирішення спорів). The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of India’s foreign policy in the context of the transformation of the system of international relations after the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war. To achieve this goal, the ideas and principles that guide India in shaping its foreign policy are identified; the factors influencing its foreign policy position on the Russian-Ukrainian war are analysed; and the effectiveness of India’s current foreign policy and its impact on the status of this state in the international arena are assessed. It is determined that India adheres to a policy of neutrality and balancing between the opposing sides, seeking first and foremost to protect its own national interests and strengthen its role in international politics. The study identifies the key factors shaping India’s position: geopolitical (rivalry with China and Pakistan, role in South Asia), historical (non-alignment policy, friendship with the USSR), economic (benefit from trade with Russia, economic ties with the US and EU), military (arms imports), and ideological (orientation towards multipolarity and peaceful resolution of international disputes).
