Abstract

У статті розглядаються цифрові та інноваційні підходи до впровадження здоров’язбережувальних технологій у закладах вищої освіти як важливий компонент забезпечення якості освітнього процесу та формування культури здоров’я у студентської молоді. Проаналізовано сучасні цифрові інструменти, що сприяють збереженню фізичного та психічного здоров’я здобувачів освіти, зокрема освітні платформи, мобільні додатки, віртуальні тренажери, сервіси моніторингу активності та емоційного стану. The article discusses digital and innovative approaches to the implementation of health-saving technologies in higher education institutions as an important component of ensuring the quality of the educational process and forming a culture of health among students. It analyzes modern digital tools that contribute to the preservation of the physical and mental health of students, in particular educational platforms, mobile applications, virtual simulators, and services for monitoring activity and emotional state.
