Випадкова знахідка теракот на ніконійському городищі

Abstract

Теракотові статуетки є важливим джерелом для вивчення культу- ри, релігії та культів мешканців античних полісів Північного Причорномор’я. Ці статуетки є не тільки зразками стародавньої майстерності, а й надають цінну інформацію про повсякденне життя, релігійні обряди та вірування населення дав- ньогрецьких колоній в різні періоди їх існування. Аналіз цих статуеток допома- гає розширити наше розуміння культурного контексту та соціальної організа- ції міст. У роботі публікуються випадкові знахідки фрагментів статуетки та, імовірно, ніжки від курильниці, зроблені на території Ніконійського городища, які доповнять раніше знайдений археологічний матеріал. Terracotta figurines are an important source for the study of culture, religion and cults of the inhabitants of the ancient polis of the Northern Black Sea region. These figurines are not only examples of ancient skill, but also provide valuable informa tion about everyday life, religious rites and beliefs of the population of ancient Greek colonies in different periods of their existence. Analysis of these figurines helps to expand our understanding of the cultural context and social organization of cities. The work publishes random finds of fragments of the figurine and, presumably, legs from the smoking room, made on the territory of the Nikonian settlement, which will complement the previously found archaeological material.
