Management of sociocultural activities: the problem of personality transformation

Abstract

The large-scale sociocultural transformation observed in the world today has a different estimated impact on the state of society. The nature of property relations is changing, and the Society of developed countries is more open to accepting moral values and technological innovations of other cultures. However, the axiological transition to an open society and its maximum complication is accompanied by disintegrating phenomena, such as inconsistency and inconsistency of the goals of society and individuals; the confrontation of various social groups and social forces, the conflict between the models of organization and self-organization in the management systems of socio-cultural development of the country. Масштабна соціокультурна трансформація, яка спостерігається в сучасному світі, по-різному оцінює вплив на стан суспільства. Природа відносин власності змінюється, і суспільство розвинених країн стає більш відкритим для сприйняття моральних цінностей і технологічних інновацій інших культур. Проте аксіологічний перехід до відкритого суспільства та його максимальне ускладнення супроводжується такими дезінтеграційними явищами, як неузгодженість і неузгодженість цілей суспільства та індивідів; протистояння різних соціальних груп і соціальних сил, конфлікт між моделями організації та самоорганізації в системах управління соціокультурним розвитком країни.
