Формування науково-дослідницької культури майбутніх учителів фізико-математичних дисциплін на сучасному етапі

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що в умовах приєднання України до європейського освітнього простору значно підвищуються вимоги до особистості вчителя. Основним завданням якого є формування різнобічно розвиненої, творчої, допитливої особистості майбутніх громадян України. Зазначено, що сучасна школа потребує вчителя, який виступає не лише транслятором знань, а й здатний здійснювати дослідження у своїй сфері діяльності, пробуджувати інтерес в учнів до науково-дослідницької діяльності під час навчання закладах загальної середньої освіти. Установлено, що, у формуванні культури особистості, значну роль відіграє саме освіта, яка забезпечує розвиток її світогляду, наукового мислення, її здібностей і задатків. Визначено, що професійна культура вчителя фізико-математичних дисциплін є особистісним утворенням, що поєднує в собі різні види особистісної культури, у тому числі фізико-математичної, і характеризується ґрунтовним знанням матеріалу в галузі фізики та математики, здатністю до вирішення професійних завдань, науковим мисленням, наявністю сформованих життєвих і професійних цінностей. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the conditions of Ukraine's accession to the European educational space, the requirements for the personality of the teacher aresignificantly increased, the main task of which is the formation of a multi-educational, creative and inquisitive personality of future citizens of Ukraine. It is noted that a modern school needs a teacher who acts not only as a translator of knowledge, but also is able to develop research in his field of activity, to arouse the interest of students in scientific and research activities while studying in institutions of general secondary education. It has been established that, in the formation of the culture of personality, education itself plays a significant role, which ensures the development of its worldview, scientific opinion, its abilities and tasks. It is determined that the professional culture of the teacher of physical and mathematical disciplines is a personal education that combines various types of personal culture, including physical and mathematical, and is characterized by a thorough knowledge of the material in the field of physics and mathematics, the ability to solve professional problems, scientific opinion, the presence of formed life and professional values.
