Суб’єктивне та об’єктивне у правовій свідомості: соціально-філософське осмислення

Abstract

У дисертації досліджуються науково-теоретичні питання суб’єктивного та об’єктивного у правовій свідомості як формі суспільної свідомості, взаємозв’язок суб’єктивно-об’єктивного у правовій свідомості як гносеологічне співвідношення: розуміння людиною права; та суб’єктно-об’єктного у правовій свідомості як онтологічне співвідношення: людина одночасно і завжди є і об'єктом правового регулювання і активним, зацікавленим суб'єктом правових відносин. In dissertation research analyzed the review questions, based on theory, of subjective and objective in the legal consciousness as a form of social consciousness correlation of the subjective-objective relationship in the legal consciousness as the epistemological relationship: understanding of the law by human, and subject-object in the legal consciousness as an ontological ratio: human, at any one time and always is an object of legal regulation and active interested subject of the legal relations.
