Художньо-творчий потенціал майбутніх вихователів як педагогічна проблема

Abstract

У статті розглянуто поняття художньо-творчого потенціалу майбутніх вихователів. Підкреслено, що саме креативність як внутрішній ресурс людини є ядром творчого потенціалу, що дозволяє особистості актуалізувати свої творчі сили. Проблема художньо-творчого потенціалу майбутніх вихователів розглядається у зв'язку з художньої діяльністю, спрямованістю до мистецтва. Виокремлено такі компоненти досліджуваного феномена: мотиваційний, перцептивний, когнітивний діяльнісно-творчий, рефлексивний. У статті робиться висновок, що проблема художньо-творчого потенціалу майбутніх вихователів вимагає нових наукових досліджень що до віднаходження ефективних форм та методів його розвитку. In the article, the author considered the concept of "artistic and creative potential of future educators". This concept is understood as a multidimensional phenomenon, an integrative resource education of the personality, which is expressed in a special aesthetic attitude to the world, the transformation of personal impressions into artistic images, the needs of the individual in self-expression in artistic activity. The author emphasized that creativity is an important component of creative potential, which allows a person to actualize their creative powers. In the article, the author describes the structural components of the artistic and creative potential of future educators, namely: the abilities and personal qualities necessary for creativity (creative thinking; creative imagination, empathy); value orientations of the personality (estimates, judgments, attitudes, beliefs, views); knowledge in the field of art, personality skills.
