Abstract: In the article the training of future social workers to the professional activity in terms of multinational society is considered. Social workers should be prepared to perform professional tasks in the multinational society. The level of professionalism directly depends on social mobility, so we have to prepare future social workers to participate effectively in terms of intercultural communication. The author notes that for successful training of social workers to the professional activity in the multinational society, we need to identify pedagogical conditions that contribute to this process, and ensure quality of training. The author identifies and describes the following pedagogical conditions: cultural approach to the professional training of future social workers; interdisciplinary coordination in the training of professional disciplines and disciplines of general humanities; formation of valuable attitude to cross-cultural differences of different cultures in the multinational society; development of positive motivation to interact with representatives of national minorities in the multinational society.
