Інтелектуальна політика французьких "лівих" філософів другої половини ХХ ст.; між ідеологією та практикою

Abstract

Взаємозв’язки інтелектуалів і влади у Франції другої половини ХХ століття демонструють чимало суперечливих наслідків таких симбіозів, зокрема в середовищі «лівих» (гошистів). Вони нерідко спричиняють кризи суспільної довіри до неупередженості філософських рефлексій та критичної об’єктивності суджень окремих діячів. Внаслідок надмірної ідеологізації та ситуативної змінності своїх світоглядних переконань публічний інтелектуал перестає бути ефективним медіатором між академічними інституціями та громадським сектором. Оскільки публічність українських інтелеклуалів після десятиліть ідеологічних і фізичних репресій лише перебуває на етапі становлення, знайомство із французьким контекстом взаємодій між політикою та філософією є особливо на часі, що і зумовлює актуальність нашого дослідження. The interconnections of intellectuals and power in France in the second half of the 20th century demonstrate many contradictory consequences of such symbioses, in particular in the environment of «leftists» (gauchists). They result in the crisis of confidence in the impartiality of philosophical reflections and the critical objectivity of the judgments of some prominent figures. As a consequence of excessive ideologization and situational change of worldviews, the public intellectual ceases to be an effective mediator between academic institutions and the public sector. Since the publicity of Ukrainian intellectuals after decades of ideological and physical repression is still in its formative stage, the familiarity with the French context of the interaction between politics and philosophy is especially timely, which constitutes the topicality of the present research. The aim of the present article is to consider the intellectual and political activity of the representatives of “gauchisme” as one of the popular directions of French social philosophy of the second half of the 20th century. The task is to analyze the specifics of the ideological beliefs of “leftist” philosophers in two aspects: 1) their worldview evolution in the context of a democratic-liberal system and 2) peculiarities of correlation of the declared theoretical content with practical dimensions of public responsibility and civic conscience.
