Чи бути майбутньому: виклики технологічної сучасності

Abstract

Стаття присвячена кризовим процесам сучасності, серед яких дослідники називають як антропологічну, так й екологічну кризи людини. Йдеться не лише про філософське осмислення зазначених проблем, але і про необхідність зміни методології дослідження. Ця ситуація змушує звернутися як до перегляду, так і до створення нового проекту співвідношення елементів системи «технологія – людина – природа», де Земля виступає матрицею життя/буття людини. Метою статті є висвітлення можливих ризиків та перспектив існування взаємодії «людина – природа/Земля» в контексті технологічної реальності. Завдання дослідження полягає у визначенні перспективи взаємодії «людина – природа/ Земля» в умовах інтенсивної технологізації сучасності за допомогою концепту «відповідальність» та поняття «відповідальні технології» щодо майбутнього існування людини. Для вирішення поставлених завдань у статті використовуються герменевтичний, компаративний, культурно-антропологічний методи дослідження. Підкреслюються проблеми взаємозв’язку людини і природи/Землі у площині моральноекологічного імперативу, що зумовлює новий погляд на «принцип відповідальності за Іншого» і свідчить про зміну дискурсу наукової спільноти. Зазначено, що однією з небезпек є утилітарне ставлення до людини, що породжує втрату істинного розуміння добра і відповідальності за власні дії. Технології виступають як етичне та естетичне явище та пропонують самовдосконалення людини в усіх сферах її життєдіяльності, в тому числі і в особистісній сфері. У цьому контексті варто звернутися до поняття «відповідальні технології», інакше кажучи, технологій, що враховують можливі ризики та небезпеки їх використання. Висновки. Відбулося не лише поглиблення екологічної кризи, але й посилення невизначеності щодо подальшої долі існування людини та людства. Сучасні технології, що не мають меж, створюють нові образи та смисли, де протистояння штучного/природного зміщується в бік розвитку та вдосконалення самої людини. Одним із шляхів вирішення зазначеної проблеми є використання «відповідальних технологій», які водночас породжують нові питання/парадокси. The article is devoted to understanding the crisis processes of our time, among which researchers call anthropological and environmental crisis of man. It is not only a philosophical understanding of these problems, but also the need to change the research methodology. This situation compels us to rethink and create a new project for the correlation of elements of the system “technology – man – nature”, where the Earth acts as a matrix of human life/being. The aim of the article is to highlight the possible risks and prospects of the existence of the interaction “man – nature/Earth” in the context of technological reality. The objective of the study is to determine the prospects for the interaction “man – nature/Earth” in the conditions of intensive technological modernization using the concept of “responsibility” and the concept of “responsible technology”. To solve the tasks in the article, hermeneutic, comparative, cultural-anthropological research methods are used. The article emphasizes problems of the relationship between man and nature/Earth in the moral and environmental imperative, which forms a new look at the “principle of responsibility for the Other” and indicates a change in the discourse of the scientific community. It is noted that one of the dangers is a utilitarian attitude towards a person, which leads to the loss of a true understanding of goodness and responsibility for one’s actions. Technologies act as an ethical and aesthetic phenomenon and offer self-improvement of a person in all spheres of his life, including in the personal sphere. In this context, it should be better to turn to the concept of “responsible technologies”, that is, technologies that take into account possible risks and dangers of their use. Results. Not only the deepening of ecological crisis has happened, but uncertainty about the future fate of human existence and humanity has also intensified. Modern technologies have no boundaries; they create new images and meanings, where the opposition of the artificial/natural is shifted towards the development and improvement of man himself. One of the ways to solve this problem is to use “responsible technologies”, at the same time bringing new questions/paradoxes.
