Інтерпретація ментальності в традиції французької історичної школи

Abstract

З.умовлена вимогами теорії і практики сучасної соціальної філософії. Зважаючи на те, що категорія «ментальність» лише нещодавно ввійшла у сферу соціально-філософських студій і долучилась до усталеного категоріального апарату, це створює можливість розгорнуто інтерпретувати соціальні процеси. Вивченню особливостей інтерпретації ментальності у французькій науковій традиції повинне передувати визначення авторської позиції щодо дискусійних загальнометодологічних питань про сутність та природу ментального феномена. Вітчизняні дослідники у сфері соціальної філософії не повною мірою використовують праці французьких фахівців, традиційно зосереджених на обґрунтуванні нових і доступних способів висвітлення широкого кола інтересів й очікувань французького суспільства. The relevance of the topic is due to the requirements of the theory and practice of modern social philosophy. Given the fact that the category of "mentality" has only recently entered the field of social and philosophical studies and has become involved in the established categorical apparatus, creates the possibility deployed interpret social processes. The study of the peculiarities of the interpretation of mentality in the French scientific tradition must be preceded by the determination of the author's position on the discussion of general methodological questions about the nature and nature of the mental phenomenon. Domestic researchers in the field of social philosophy do not make full use of the wellknown in the scientific world of the work of French specialists, traditionally focused on justifying new and accessible ways of covering a wide range of interests and expectations of French society. The purpose of this article is to attempt to analyze the position of French scholars on the theoretical aspects of mental research. The realization of this goal implies the following tasks: to identify the peculiarities of the theoretical approaches of French scientists in specifying the mental aspects of social life; consider the fundamental elements of the positions of French anthropologists, philosophers, historians and sociologists. Methodological basis for understanding the French mentality as a subject of scientific reflection is the study of philosophical, cultural, ethno-psychological, ethno-sociological and structuralanthropological orientation. This article focuses on the historical and sociological theories of mentality and their terminological and conceptual apparatus. In this context theoretical methods of research are used: modeling, typologization, descriptive, systemic, structural-functional, and comparative. The coverage of broad aspects of the mentality in the field of social life is largely reflected in the writings of many social scientists in France. The introduction into the scientific circulation of the French specialists' theoretical and methodological level and significance makes it possible to comprehend a complex set of feelings and actions, which are presented in the form of various mental structures. This increases the importance of scientific findings representatives of the French Historical School, which revealed the objective factors behind the formation of the French mentality and its transformation at the level of individual, group and national consciousness
