Abstract

У цій статті розглянуто методи маніпулятивного впливу на свідомість сучасного суспільства. Доведено, що масові комунікації та їх вплив на політичні процеси стають вирішальними в управлінні сучасним суспільством. При цьому безпосередніми носіями будь-якої інформації є засоби масової комунікації. Комунікації в сучасному суспільстві розуміють як передачу різноманітних даних та повідомлень, які мають безпосередній інформаційний вплив і психологічний примус. Реалії сьогодення свідчать, що інноваційно-інформаційні технології як реальний соціальний ресурс адаптації людини до життя стали активно використовувати для маніпулювання свідомістю, що впливає на зміну ціннісних орієнтацій, ідейних переконань та поведінку його суб’єктів. Набули поширення методи інформаційного управління людьми. Отже, засоби масової комунікації сьогодні виконують не тільки інформаційну функцію, але і безпосередньо керують соціально-політичними процесами, які відбуваються в суспільстві. Процес інформатизації суспільства, його як державних, так і суспільних інститутів, розвивається стрімко і зазвичай непередбачено і некеровано. Можливості сучасних засобів масової комунікації з миттєвої доставки будь-якої інформації у будь-яку частину світу роблять саму інформацію зброєю. Отже, зазначено, що сучасний етап розвитку суспільства посилив тенденцію до використання сучасних інноваційних технологій інформаційного впливу маніпулятивного характеру на свідомість людей як в політичному процесі, так і в буденному житті. Для того щоб дослідити проблему політичного маніпулятивного впливу на індивідуальну і групову політичну свідомість суспільства, в цьому дослідженні розглянуто питання щодо контролю над інформаційними потоками в політичній діяльності, вивчено характеристику сучасного інформаційного середовища, розглянуто можливості політика як комунікатора, який має безпосередній інформаційно-психологічний вплив на політичну свідомість як особистості, так і суспільств загалом, проведено аналіз різноманітних підходів до розуміння категорії «інформаційна безпека». This article discusses methods of manipulative influence on the consciousness of modern society. It has been proved that mass communications and their influence on political processes are decisive in the management of modern society. In this case, the mass media are the direct carriers of any information. Communication in modern society is understood as the transmission of various data and messages that have direct information impact and psychological compulsion. The realities of today indicate that innovation and information technology, as a real social resource for human adaptation to life, have been actively used to manipulate consciousness, which affects the change of values, ideological beliefs and behavior of its subjects. The methods of information management of people have become widespread. Therefore, mass media nowadays perform not only an information function, but also directly control the socio-political processes that take place in society. The process of informatization of society, its state and public institutions, is developing rapidly and as a rule is unpredictable and unmanaged. The capabilities of modern mass media to instantly deliver any information to any part of the world make the information itself a weapon. Therefore, it is noted that the modern stage of society development has increased the tendency to use modern innovative technologies of information influence of manipulative character on the consciousness of people both in the political process and in everyday life. In order to investigate the problem of political manipulative influence on the individual and group political consciousness of the society, in this research the issues of control over the information flows in political activity are considered, the characteristics of the modern information environment are examined, the possibilities of the politician as a communicator having direct information and psychological influence are considered. political consciousness of both the individual and societies in general, the analysis of various approaches to understanding the category “Inform social care”.
