Abstract

Початок XXI століття демонструє значне зростання та удосконалення технологій маніпулятивного тиску на суспільну свідомість, особливо незахищеною складовою якої є свідомість молоді. Боротьба за ступінь впливу на свідомість людей проходить на базі сучасних інформаційно- комунікаційних технологій. Їх активне використання з метою штучного нав’язування ідеологічних та аксіологічних пріоритетів перетворюється на глобальну антропологічну проблему, яка потребує вирішення. В цій ситуації актуалізується проблема творення нової концепції освіти та виховання. The beginning of the 21st century had demonstrated a significant growth and improvement of technologies of manipulative pressure on the public consciousness, particularly the vulnerable component of which is the consciousness of youth. The struggle for influence on people's minds is taking place on the basis of modern information technologies and communications. Their active use in order to artificially impose ideological and axiological priorities is becoming a global anthropological problem that is having to be solved. The problem of creating a new concept of education and upbringing raises in this situation.
