| Abstract: | У даній статті надається аналіз загальних принципів місцевого самоврядування на сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства, характеризуються основні теорії виникнення інституту місцевого самоврядування, аналізується досвід реформування органів місцевого самоврядування на прикладі Польщі, надаються пропозиції щодо удосконалення моделі місцевого самоврядування в Україні. In the article analysis of general principles of local government at the modern stage of society development is given, the basic theories of the origins of local government home rule institute are characterized, the experience of local government home rule organs reformation is analyzed on the example of Poland, the suggestions concerning improvement of local government home rule model in Ukraine are given. |
