Теоретико-методичні засади формування професійної мобільності майбутнього фахівця початкової освіти

Abstract

У дисертації висвітлено теоретико-методологічні засади дослідження феномена професійна мобільність педагога, обґрунтовано концептуальні засади формування означеної якості вчителя школи першого ступеня. Розроблено експериментальну модель та методику формування професійної мобільності майбутнього фахівця початкової освіти в системі підготовки бакалаврів та магістрів. The concept of forming the professional mobility of the future teacher of primary education is scientifically developed in the thesis. The systematic approach is also offered in order to solve the scientific problem. The theretical and methodological principles are defined which study teacher professional mobility phenomenon. The scientific approaches are analised which characterize the problem of the thesis and the category «professional mobility» of teacher which form the quality of a primary school teacher.
