Сучасний етап державотворення в Україні: досягнення та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

The actuality of theme is due to the need for a more in-depth and substantive study of the main trends of state-building in Ukraine at the present stage. The purpose of the article is studied the main achievements in the Ukrainian state-building at the present stage and to determine the development prospects. The achievement of this goal leads to solving such tasks as: to determine the important factors, periods and mechanism of their influence on the latest process of Ukrainian state formation, to find out its achievements and the main priorities for further development. The methodological basis of the research is a complex of recognized general scientific and special methods, among which – dialectical, structural- logical, systemic, functional, formal-legal and prognostic. The article focuses on the fact that at the present stage there is a Ukrainian occurrence of several periods due to turning points that occur as a rule in a social choice. It has been determined that the last period, the starting point of which was the events of 2014, showed firstly, that Ukraine as a subject of world history, made a civilizational choice of development, and secondly, the state's ability to radical changes that condition the progressive movement of the country to advanced; the third, the improvement of the quality of the management processes, which manifested itself in the creation of normative legal acts (laws, strategic programs and development plans, etc.) and their implementation, as well as in the implementation of those that were adopted earlier. It is noted that the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development will enable to consistently implement the initiated systemic reforms in all spheres of public life, preserve state sovereignty and national unity, restore peace and territorial integrity of the state, acquire Ukraine's membership in the North Atlantic Alliance and the European Union, develop equal and mutually beneficial relations with other states.
