Abstract: The main paradoxes of the modern information and communicative world are given. It is shown that communicative in nature is the basis of the intersubjective, and therefore social, social. Rational discourse is concentrated in the communicative space and a professional dialogue is conducted between scientists, experts, and intellectuals. But in the information and media culture, far from communication and dialogue, the communicative as such is becoming an increasingly problematic phenomenon. The information space in such conditions “does not hear” communication in society. The space of communication not only with the authorities, but also with any other structure, is completely focused exclusively on the information resource, which practically leads to the disappearance of moral values. It is emphasized that the priority task of planning the future is to develop a scenario of “preserving civilization” and adopting it for implementation both at the global and national levels.
